In 1981, in order to memorialize the contribution of late president Lu Feng-zhang to the development of management sciences and to praise excellent youths 45 years old and below who are engaged in administration work, relevant academic research, and the promotion of administration technology, our institute set up the “Mr. Lu Feng Zhang Memorial Medal” to encourage their devotion to administration work, relevant academic research and promotion.
